- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Had a blocked drain in a rented house, so needed quick turn around Never used any drain company before. Rang 2 or 3 one could see me in 3 days time, a couple still waiting for a call back A&B rang back within 45 mins, said he would make it sometime that day, I said that I would be possibly popping out around 2pm, He said I’ll be up before then, rang me 1 hour later asking if he could come now from his last job, 20 mins later he arrived, real genuine man. Did the job fast and explained everything, offered to come back if we had any issues later FOC, then explained to me where the issue is and told me to get some rods and showed me how to do it, to save me money next time. Obviously knew what he was doing, very professional in his attitude with other neighbours From initial phone call to driving away with job done, happy landlord happy tenants all in under 2 hours.
